The video amassed over 3 million views, with the star captioning it, “Emotions are very high right now if you can’t tell. I love you guys so much ♥️ @Yellowjackets #yellowjackets.”

Fans of the show are shocked in the comments, half-jokingly asking if the season will be consisting of 20 episodes to make up for it.

The show was originally written to end after 5 seasons, according to show runners. It’s unclear what the reasoning is for the show to end early, some speculating that it has to do with the potential merge of Paramount+ and HBO Max.
